01 / What I build
Start with one useful outcome. Build a clear online presence, simplify a daily workflow, or give your team a better view of operations.
A credible home for your business, with clear services and a straightforward path to enquiry.
Bring forms, records, approvals and reporting into a workflow your team can actually use.
Practical tools shaped by experience in manpower, deployment and day-to-day security operations.
02 / A clear starting point
A practical entry point for a focused first release. We agree the deliverables, timeline and costs in writing before work begins.
S$1,000one-time project fee
For a small, clearly defined website or lightweight workflow prototype. Final pricing depends on the requirements.
S$50per month
Basic maintenance for a small, agreed website or system. The care scope, update allowance and response times are confirmed in your quote.
All prices are in Singapore dollars. Hosting, domain names, paid software, AI/API usage and third-party subscriptions are additional unless expressly included in the quote. New features, major changes, integrations, data migration and complex or production business systems are quoted separately. The basic care plan does not include unlimited changes, 24/7 support or a guaranteed service level.
Yes. We can define a first phase around the most useful workflow, then price and deliver further modules in stages. Access control, integrations, data handling and ongoing support are considered during scoping. S$1,000 is a starting price for eligible starter work, not a fixed price for every system.
03 / Selected work
Experience across internal operations and community projects. Each serves a different purpose; the context matters as much as the technology.
Elid internal systemEnterprise operations
Developed for Elid Technology, connecting manpower, sites, rostering, attendance, incidents, payroll preparation and approvals.
EOS is Elid’s internal system. It is separate from Thomas’s independent business and is not offered here as a product or public demo.

Community projectCommunity preparedness
A community portal bringing emergency preparedness information, CERT participation, C2E activities and resident-facing resources into a clearer digital format.
A community project in Thomas’s portfolio, presented as experience rather than a commercial endorsement.

Community projectConcept illustrationVolunteer coordination
A local Yellow Ribbon Community Project portal supporting volunteer case coordination, lead and buddy assignments, next actions and reporting checkpoints.
Independent of the official SPS/SANA YRCP portal; it does not exchange data with that portal or submit official reports. No case data is shown here.

Try a separate, configurable concept for manpower, deployment, incidents, approvals and payroll workflows. The demo uses fictional records and is not the Elid EOS system.
04 / AI-enabled development
I use AI to shorten the distance from an idea to a working preview. Business understanding, design decisions, review and testing remain part of the work.

The idea-to-iteration loop
The people, process and problem to solve.
Drafts, code and connected workflows.
Test, refine and decide the next step.
Models such as OpenAI’s GPT-5.6 Sol help turn a brief, document or visual reference into ideas, interface drafts and content for review.
AI coding tools, including Codex, assist with implementation, debugging and iteration. Where useful, scoped integrations can connect forms, files and business workflows.
Working previews and feedback guide each iteration. Outputs are checked against the agreed task; data access, permissions, usage costs and limitations are considered before launch.
AI assists the development process; it does not make every feature automatic or every result correct. An AI feature inside your finished product is separately scoped, with any ongoing model and service costs agreed upfront.
Current developments include more capable coding assistance, models that work with visual references, and tool-connected workflows. The practical opportunity is faster exploration and iteration, backed by testing rather than a promise of unlimited output.
Tool choices depend on project needs and availability. References to technology providers do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
05 / How we work
Discuss the process, the people using it and the outcome that matters.
Agree the deliverables, costs, timeline and responsibilities before the build.
Review working previews and refine the solution in manageable stages.
Test the agreed scope, hand over the solution and confirm ongoing support.

06 / The person behind the work
Ten years in the Singapore Police Force. More than fourteen years in private security. A practical understanding of how work gets done.
My background covers security operations, manpower management, administration, community engagement and implementing digital workflows. I also hold the Google Cybersecurity Certificate.
From Elid’s internal EOS Enterprise system to the Nee Soon Link C2E and YRCP community portals, my work reflects an interest in making information easier to use and responsibilities easier to follow.
I bring that experience to independent projects, working directly with you from discovery to handover. Technology should make work simpler, clearer and more useful.
Industry validation / Stage 1.5
The public demo opens the conversation. Agency feedback helps identify shared core modules and the right scope for a first private pilot.
